Digital Marketing Intern (July 2019 - July 2020)

Visit Belfast has an exciting opportunity for an undergraduate currently studying for a relevant university degree in marketing, communications, advertising, digital, or travel and tourism to join the Marketing and Communications team. Our internship programme lasts one year – running from July 2019 to July 2020, with a proposed start date of Monday 1 July 2019.

Reporting to the Web and Digital Marketing Manager, you will be supporting the wider marketing and communications activity of the organisation, promoting Belfast as a top European tourism destination in line with the marketing strategy and objectives as set out in Visit Belfast’s annual business plan.

Web and Digital Marketing Manager

To support Visit Belfast’s ambitious strategy and plans to drive further tourism growth to Belfast and the city region, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital professional to join the Marketing and Communications Team as Web & Digital Marketing Manager.  The increased focus on digital marketing has seen the roll out of a new destination website and increased social presence, enabling Visit Belfast to deliver highly engaging personalised content that differentiates Belfast and inspires visitors to visit, stay longer and enjoy more of what the city region has to offer.

The successful candidate for this key position will be responsible for the coordination, development and delivery of web, digital and social media plans, working across the department and the organisation promoting Belfast as a top European tourism destination, contributing to increased web and digital footprint in line with marketing strategy and objectives as set out in Visit Belfast’s annual business plans.
